Judicatures Documentation

Judicatures Judicatures are used to manage judicature data throughout the system for case type mappings and case registration. Each judicature can be associated with multiple locations and can contain sub judicatures to provide more specific categorization. These help organize and classify judicial bodies systematically across the platform.

While adding judicatures you have the option to add multiple sub judicatures and map the same with locations. Again this is important to avoid human errors and make CASENGINE more effective.

Let's say you want to add a new court in a specific city in your location which is already not there in CASENGINE. You can use this module to add:

Judicature: ABC Courts (example)
Sub Judicature: Labor Court, Commercial Court etc. (example)
Location: Delhi, India or Dubai or Riyadh KSA or London (whatever the location of the court is)

Accessing Judicatures

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Cases section, click on Judicatures
