Setting up a Password/Forgot password link

You can reset the password by following these steps:

1. Open the login page of the portal
2. Click on the Forgot password link. (Refer the image below)
3. Enter you Email Address and click  Forgot Password.
4. You will receive an email from Casengine to enter your new password. 
5. You can now login to the portal using the new password.

To find the username you may follow these steps:

1. Open the login page of the portal
2. Click on the Forgot username link. (Refer the image below)
3. Enter you Email Address and click  Forgot username.
4. You will receive an email from Casengine with your username.
