How to Send Username and Password Reset Link to a User

Follow these steps if you need to send a user their login credentials:

1. Go to Settings

   • Click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the left-hand menu.

2. Search for "Users Registration"

   • In the settings search bar, type Users Registration and select it from the results (refer to the screenshot in this article).
     
     

3. Open the Action Menu

   • Locate the user you want to send the credentials to.

   • Click on the action menu next to their name.

4. Send Username and Password

   • From the menu, select "Send username and password".

   • The user will then receive an email with their username and a password reset link.
