Step 1: Resize Your Logo
- Ensure your logo image is 300 x 150 pixels in size for best compatibility.
- Use any image editor (like Photoshop, Paint, or an online tool) to resize it if needed.
Step 2: Go to Company Settings
- Login to your Casengine portal with Admin account.
- Navigate to the Settings on top of the dashboard.
- select Company Information.
- Look for the Company Logo section, where you can upload your logo in various formats.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo
In the Company Logo section, upload your resized logo (300 x 150 px) in each of these fields:
- Portrait Logo
- Landscape Logo
- Email Logo
- Login Page Logo
Each section ensures your logo is displayed correctly across the Freshdesk platform, from emails to login screens.
Step 3: Save Your Changes
After uploading the logo in all sections, click Save to apply the changes.
Your updated logo should now appear in the Casengine portal.
