Step 1: Resize Your Logo

  • Ensure your logo image is 300 x 150 pixels in size for best compatibility.
  • Use any image editor (like Photoshop, Paint, or an online tool) to resize it if needed.

Step 2: Go to Company Settings

  1. Login to your Casengine portal with Admin account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings on top of the dashboard.
  3. select Company Information.
  4. Look for the Company Logo section, where you can upload your logo in various formats.

Step 2: Upload Your Logo

  • In the Company Logo section, upload your resized logo (300 x 150 px) in each of these fields:

    • Portrait Logo
    • Landscape Logo
    • Email Logo
    • Login Page Logo
  • Each section ensures your logo is displayed correctly across the Freshdesk platform, from emails to login screens.


Step 3: Save Your Changes

After uploading the logo in all sections, click Save to apply the changes.

Your updated logo should now appear in the Casengine portal.
