Understanding the Case Grid

In this article we will learn about the Existing Case grid. 

As you can see in the above image, case grid gives a comprehensive view to the case data as:

1. Matter Number
2. Case Number
3. Party Details
4. Last Hearing Decision or Judgement
5. Next Hearing Date
6. Next Hearing Chamber/Roll and Time Details
7. Next Hearing Comments
8. Responsible Lawyer
9. Case Status
10. Notes

with multiple filter options to find any case such as

1. Active/Inactive Status
2. Cases with deadlines (without hearings) - cases that does not have hearings can have a deadline to be monitored
3. Advanced Filter "Add Filter" with various options
4. Quick Search by Matter 

and take multiple actions like

1. See the the Case Timeline View - a vertical representation with all events 
2. Register an Appeal - a quick way to create an appeal case
3. Bulk Insert Supervisor - commonly needed action to add a new lawyer to multiple cases in one go
4. Case View - a 360 degree view of a case 
5. Register a new case or Bulk upload cases from excel.
