- Update the client’s number along with the country code in the client contact details, telephone section and set it as primary contact. Add and Save.
- Enable client reporting from the case view for any case of that client.
- Make any update in the case view like new hearing, hearing minutes etc.
- Go to task and click Reporting for Client
- Select, send WhatsApp action for the particular case for which you want to send the update. 
- Validate the number, change the message if needed, preview and send.
