Yes, Casengine provides a feature to send reminder emails before the expiry of contracts.

Steps to Set Up Contract Expiry Reminder Emails

1. Edit the Service Agreement:

   • Navigate to the service agreement you wish to set a reminder for.

   • Ensure the "To Date" is correctly specified to reflect the expiry date of the contract.

2. Enable Service Agreement Expiry Reminder:

   • Go to Settings > Email Reminder.

   • Enable the option for "Service Agreement Expiry Reminder."

3. Reminder Notification Schedule:

   • Casengine will send reminder emails at the following intervals before the expiry date:

     • 15 days before

     • 7 days before

     • 3 days before
