Summary
Timesheet for Leads
Now you can link the timesheet with the leads.

To create a timesheet for a lead, while creating a timesheet, select the lead option under the related to field, this will show all the existing leads in the system,

Multi clients in MatterNow you can add additional clients in the matter if there are more than one client for any specific matter.

To do this, create a new matter or edit an existing matter, and click "Add additional Client"


The selected client will show in the case view under this client.


Also, they can be seen in matter report and matter custom report.


Custom Payment Due Stages
Now you can add custom stages for payment due in the matter agreement,

To do this, first we have add the stages in the payment stage master, which can be found on the settings page in the accounting section.


Add the payment stages, you want to use by clicking the plus button in the top right corner.


Now to use these stages, go to the matter agreement, you can create a new agreement or edit an existing matter agreement.



You will see a new section by the name of "Due By Payment Stage"

You can enter the amount, select the stage and save. Once a particular stage is complete, you can edit the agreement and select the checkbox, make payment due which will create an entry for this payment in the payment due section.

Timesheet Approval
Now you can set any user to be the approver of timesheets for other user and only after the timesheets are approved, they will be added in the payment due section.

To enable this, on the user edit, set the option timesheet approver to yes and select the users for which this user can approve the timesheets for.



Now this user can approve the timesheets entries for these user from the existing timesheet entries page, from the action menu.


Once approved, the entry will be added in the payment due page.

Custom EmailsNow you can set any user to get all emails related to document expiry reminders and case hearing reminders.

This can be enabled from the user edit by selecting case hearing and document expiry.



Client UpdatesNow you can send the updates to the client while adding the updates in the case view.

To use this, first add the email in the contact's tab for the client for which you want to send the updates to.



First enable the client reporting from the case view.



Once enabled, while adding an update, you will see the "Notify Client" button.


Once enabled, you will see the option to select the emails, also you can click the "Draft a smart response" and it will draft a smart response basis on the data entered. The email will be sent to client once the event/update is added.

Case Updates PageNew page added under the case menu to show all the case updates under one table.

You can see all the hearings, meetings, tasks etc for any of the case.



New VAT ReportNew VAT report is added which will calculate both the incoming VAT and outgoing VAT and net VAT to be paid, it will take the VAT from the invoices and the expenses.

It can be found under the accounting menu.



You can also export the same to excel.



Hearing Rescheduling
Now you can mention the reason for hearing rescheduling.

When editing the hearing date, you can select the "Hearing Rescheduled" checkbox and mention the reason for change.


The history can be seen in the scheduled hearings and completed hearings page in the action menu.



Send WhatsappNow you can send the whatsapp for any case from the existing case grid, action menu.



Please ensure to update the client primary contact in the format +971501234567/ +966501234567 in the client view, contacts tab.

You can also view, all the sent messages in the existing communication under client.


Select the client and type as whatsapp.
