Timesheet Changes | The user can now register the timesheet directly under the case or project instead of selecting the matter first and then select the case or project under the matter.![]() Just select related to case, search for the case, you can search the case by matter number too. ![]() A new field by the name of Actual Hours is also added, please note this field is to manage the hours for internal purpose only and will not effect the billing amount. So if a user has worked for 5 hours but is only billing the client for 3 hours, they can put 3 in Hours field and 5 in actual hours field. ![]() |
Expense Changes | The user can now register the expense directly under the case or project instead of selecting the matter first and then select the case or project under the matter.![]() |
Matter Agreement Report | You can now export the matter agreement into excel which will give the details of all matter agreements along with the status of all the payments set in the matter agreements. You can export by clicking the download excel button. ![]() |
User Restriction for Client and Matter | Now you can restrict the user to see only related clients and matters. To enable this, from the user edit page, select the checkbox for restricted access. ![]() Once enabled, the user can only see those clients and matters in which they are either responsible or supervisor. |
