Summary
CaseThe case event and updates creation from the caseview have been optimized.

So creating a new hearing, task or report etc, will be even more smooth.
RolesThe existing roles page has been reformed. You can even see the users under each role from the grid itself.

Email Reminder
The existing email reminder page has been reformed.

Services and reminders are categorized now.

User SettingsOption to export all user related settings in excel.

From the existing users page, you can download the excel by clicking the download button in the top right corner, it will export all user related settings and role mappings.

Matter AgreementOption to add a new capping that resets monthly on a set date.

So, in the matter agreement, under the "Timesheet Capping", you can set the monthly capping.


So, let us say, we set the amount as 5,000 and reset on 4, every month the system will calculate the timesheet entry under this matter starting 4th of this month till 3rd of next month and the moment, it will shown while creating the timesheet entry, the amount for the current billing cycle.


It exceeds the amount, the system will start showing a warning while creating the timesheet entry.

Obligation
Option to set custom emails in obligation.

Now, you can set the custom email templates in the obligation module which can be customized in a way so the users can directly forward them the the client.

In the obligation master, create a new obligation or edit the existing one, you can enable the "Custom Email" and set the template.


You can set the tags in the mail, whose data will be picked automatically by the system from the current values before sending the mail.

Case MappingOption to make the execution/appeal task mandatory when entering a decision in a case hearing.

This can be enabled from the case mapping.


Once, enabled, the user has to mandatorily create the task while entering hearing minutes.


CaseOption to save the report in the case in HTML language, preserving line breaks and other formatting to be sent on the mail.
ProjectsImplemented restricted access to projects in case the user has restricted department access.
Case MappingsNow you can access the case mappings directly from the case view.

From the case view, click the gear icon, next to the flag icon.
