Settings Page The Settings page serves as the central hub for managing all master data and configurations throughout the system. It provides organized access to various modules including case management, project management, user administration, accounting, client management, legal library, and system configurations. The page is designed with panels to categorize different types of settings for efficient navigation and management.
Accessing Settings Page
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- The main settings page will display with a search functionality and organized panels
Page Layout and Features
Search Functionality At the top of the page, there is a search box that allows users to quickly find specific modules or settings across all categories. Simply type the module name or keyword to filter the available options.
Organized Panels The settings page is organized into distinct panels, each containing related modules for easy navigation:
Cases Panel Contains all case-related master data and configurations:
- Adjournments - Manage adjournment reasons for hearing postponements
- Auto Tasks - Configure automated tasks for case workflows
- Case Custom Status - Define custom case deactivation statuses
- Case Type Mapping - Map case types to locations and configurations
- Case Types - Manage different types of legal cases
- Designations - Define judiciary member designations
- Document Categories - Organize document types for case attachments
- Judicatures - Manage judicial bodies and sub-judicatures
- Position Groups - Define party position groups and titles
- Stages - Configure litigation stages and priorities
- Type Of Tasks - Define task categories for auto tasks
Projects Panel Contains all project-related master data and configurations:
- Position Titles of Project - Manage project party position groups
- Project Doc. Categories - Define document categories for projects
- Project Groups - Organize project types into logical groups
- Project Mapping - Configure project type mappings with processes and requirements
- Project Processes - Define workflow steps for projects
- Project Requirements - Manage documentation requirements

Common Master Panel Contains system-wide configurations and common settings:
- App Setting - General application configurations
- Attachment Keywords - Keywords for document categorization
- Auto Numbering - Configure automatic numbering sequences

LSR Panel Contains Legal Service Request configurations:
- LSR Time Setting - Operating hours and availability windows
- LSR User Mapping - Approver assignments to offices
- Service Category - Categorization of legal services
- Services - Available legal services with requirements and fees
Legal Library Panel Contains legal research and knowledge management:
- Keyword Category - Mapping between keywords and case categories
- Keywords - Search terms for legal library organization
Judicial Assistants and Litigators Panel Contains external legal professional management:
- Existing Litigators - Licensed legal practitioners registry
- Experts - Court-appointed expert professionals
- Lawyers - External legal counsel information
- Private Executor - Court-appointed private executors
Direct Access Links Each module within the panels provides direct navigation to its respective configuration page, allowing quick access to specific settings without additional navigation steps.

Usage Guidelines
Search Functionality Use the search box at the top to quickly locate specific modules when you know the exact name or functionality you're looking for.
Panel Organization Navigate through panels based on the type of configuration you need to modify:
- Use Cases panel for litigation-specific settings
- Use Projects panel for non-litigation matter configurations
- Use Users panel for organizational and access management
- Use Accounting panel for financial configurations
- Use Common Master panel for system-wide settings
Module Access Click on any module name within the panels to navigate directly to that configuration page. Each module maintains its own documentation for specific functionality and field details.
