Company Information Documentation

Introduction

Company Information is used to manage organization-wide settings and branding throughout the system for legal practice management. This module allows administrators to configure essential company details, application themes, and logo settings that will be displayed across all system interfaces and documents. The configuration supports bilingual data entry and includes comprehensive customization options for visual identity and system appearance.

Accessing Company Information

1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side
2. Under the Common Master section, click on Company Information

Managing Company Information

The Company Information page displays a comprehensive configuration form organized into multiple sections for different types of settings. All configurations are managed through a single form interface that saves all changes together.

Company Settings Configuration

Basic Company Configuration

• Company Type: Select the organization type from the dropdown - "LawFirm", "LegalDepartment", "ExpertOffice", or "Court"
• Country: Select the country from the dropdown (read-only after initial setup)
• Location: Select the location from the dropdown (read-only after initial setup)
• Office: Select the office from the dropdown (read-only after initial setup)
• Currency: Select the currency from the dropdown (read-only after initial setup)
• TRN: Enter the Tax Registration Number for the organization

Company Details Configuration

Basic Information

• Company Name (English): Enter the company name in English
• Company Name (Arabic): Enter the company name in Arabic
• Address: Enter the company address in the text area
• Telephone: Enter the telephone number
• Mobile: Enter the mobile number
• Email: Enter the company email address
• Fax: Enter the fax number
• Website: Enter the company website URL

Application Theme Settings Configuration

Header Colors

• Header Back Color (Dark): Select the dark color for header background using the color picker
• Header Back Color (Light) For Gradient: Select the light color for header gradient effect using the color picker

Side Panel Customization

• Side Panel Background Color: Select the background color for the side navigation panel using the color picker
• Side Panel Menu Color: Select the text color for side panel menu items using the color picker
• Side Panel Menu Hover Color: Select the hover color for side panel menu items using the color picker

Header Icon Styling

• Header Icon Color: Select the default color for header icons using the color picker
• Header Icon Hover Color: Select the hover color for header icons using the color picker
• Header Logo Invert/Shade Percentage: Enter a percentage value (0-100) to adjust logo appearance

Report Header Styling

• Report Header Background Color: Select the background color for report headers using the color picker
• Report Header Text Color: Select the text color for report headers using the color picker

Company Logo Configuration

Portrait Logo Settings

• Logo Option: Select between "Logo" or "Text" using radio buttons
• Logo Upload: Upload logo file when Logo option is selected
• Text Input: Enter text when Text option is selected (disabled when Logo is selected)

Landscape Logo Settings

• Logo Option: Select between "Logo" or "Text" using radio buttons
• Logo Upload: Upload logo file when Logo option is selected
• Text Input: Enter text when Text option is selected (disabled when Logo is selected)

Email Logo Settings

• Logo Option: Select between "Logo" or "Text" using radio buttons
• Logo Upload: Upload logo file when Logo option is selected
• Text Input: Enter text when Text option is selected (disabled when Logo is selected)

Login Page Logo Settings

• Logo Upload: Upload logo file for the login page interface

Logo Preview and Management

The system displays all uploaded logos in a preview section with the following information:

• Portrait Logo: Preview image with dimensions (200px x 100px)
• Landscape Logo: Preview image with dimensions (300px x 150px)
• Email Logo: Preview image with dimensions (300px x 150px)
• Login Page Logo: Preview image with dimensions (210px x 100px)

Uploaded Files Management

The system maintains a comprehensive list of all uploaded logo files in a management grid:

• Logo Type: Displays the type of uploaded file (PortraitLogo, LandscapeLogo, EmailLogo, LoginPageLogo)
• View: Thumbnail preview of uploaded images
• Download: Direct link to view or download the file
• Action: Delete option to remove uploaded files

Form Submission

After configuring all desired settings across all sections, click the Submit button to save all changes. The system will apply the new settings across all relevant modules and update the visual appearance throughout the platform.
