To-Do Type Master Documentation
Introduction
To-Do Type Master is used to manage to-do type data throughout the system for categorizing and organizing different types of tasks. These to-do types help standardize task classification when creating to-do tasks in the system, ensuring consistent task management and organization systematically across the platform.
Accessing To-Do Type Master
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Common Master section, click on To-Do Type

Managing Existing To-Do Types
The To-Do Type Master page displays all to-do types in a table with:
- To-do type name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new to-do types by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific to-do types
- Edit a to-do type by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New To-Do Type
- On the To-Do Type Master page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
Basic Information
- To-Do Name (English): Enter the to-do type name in English
- To-Do Name (Arabic): Enter the to-do type name in Arabic
Status Configuration
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new to-do type
