Type Of Tasks Documentation
Type Of Tasks Type Of Tasks are used to manage task type data throughout the system for creating Auto Tasks in the case module. These task types help standardize and categorize the various automated tasks that can be assigned during case processing systematically across the platform.
Accessing Type Of Tasks
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Cases section, click on Type Of Tasks

Managing Existing Type Of Tasks The Type Of Tasks page displays all task types in a table with:
- Type of task name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new type of tasks by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific type of tasks
- Edit a type of task by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Type Of Task
- On the Type Of Tasks page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Type of Task Name (English): Enter the type of task name in English
- Type of Task Name (Arabic): Enter the type of task name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Save to create the new type of task
