Auto Tasks Documentation
Auto Tasks Auto Tasks are used to manage auto task data throughout the system which are mapped with various case types in the case type mapping. These are then shown while registering cases under a particular case type based on the mappings, helping standardize and organize automated task assignments systematically across the platform.
Accessing Auto Tasks
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Cases section, click on Auto Tasks

Managing Existing Auto Tasks The Auto Tasks page displays all auto tasks in a table with:
- Auto task name (English and Arabic)
- Type of task
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new auto tasks by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific auto tasks
- Edit an auto task by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Auto Task
- On the Auto Tasks page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Auto Task (English): Enter the auto task name in English
- Auto Task (Arabic): Enter the auto task name in Arabic
- Type Of Task: Select the type of task from the dropdown using single selection
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Save to create the new auto task
