Service Categories Documentation


Service Categories Service Categories are used to manage services data into logical groups for easier navigation and classification in the LSR Module. These categories help standardize and structure service offerings systematically across the platform.


Accessing Service Categories

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the LSR section, click on Service Categories

Managing Existing Service Categories The Service Categories page displays all service categories in a table with:

  • Service category name (English and Arabic)
  • Status
  • Edit action button

You can:

  • Add new service categories by clicking the Plus (+) button in the top right corner
  • Search across all columns to find specific service categories
  • Edit a service category by clicking the edit button in the action column
  • Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Service Category

  1. On the Service Categories page, click the Plus (+) button in the top right corner
  2. In the popup form, enter:
    • Service Category (English): Enter the service category name in English
    • Service Category (Arabic): Enter the service category name in Arabic
    • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
  3. Click Save to create the new service category
