Add a Custom Field Master
Go to "Master Setting" -> "Common Master" -> "Common Master"
On the Common Master screen:
- Find the row that points to the Client page as shown in the image
- Add the Custom Field name, in the image we added "Category"
- Save the entry!
Add a Custom Field Data
Scroll down on the same page:
- Select the field name that you created while creating the custom master
- Enter the records that you wish to add as options in this custom field while creating the client
- Add the records
Note: In this example we have added a custom field named Category and given 2 options: Private and Govt to be selected while creating the client

Now, you will be able to select the added custom field on any existing or new clients as shown in the image.
