Client reporting | Email for External users

Description: 


Responsible lawyer can add comments and sent a message for any updates (Reports, Application, Decision) with selected attachments of a case to the client 


How To:


1. Edit client and Set the email for client reporting (image 1)

2. Enable client reporting (image 2)

3. Case view : Enter a report, Application or a Decision (image 3)

4: Only Case Responsible lawyer   will receive the alert in client reporting page (image 4)

5: Responsible lawyer can add comments and sent to the client (image 5)

Click on the Bell icon > Reporting For Client



6. Select the Action Button (+)



7. Enter the Text to send to the client.


8. If the reports has any attachment, it has to be selected when sending to client 



9. Email specified in Client reporting receives an email. To be noted that only the entered text will be sent to the client.
