Lead Level Conflict Check
As part of the Lead Management (Client Intake) process, a conflict check can be performed directly from the "Existing Leads" main list actions.
Left Navigation -> "Clients" -> "Existing Leads" -> Action dropdown in the last column of the grid
In the pop up, you will see any conflicts the CASENGINE finds as per the exact match in the system. You can verify the same and confirm that you have checked and the found details are not conflicting.
In other case, you can go back and move the lead to a Conflicting status to let the team members know.
Free Text Conflict Check
Another way to check for conflicts is a free text search, that can be found in the "Reports" section. Look for the Conflict Check Report
Left Navigation -> "Reports" -> "Conflict Check"
You can enter any text and press search to find all matches in the system
