KYC Initiation

KYC is an important process when it comes to Client Onboarding.

Once the Conflict Check is performed and prospect is ready to be onboarded, we can initiate the KYC process from the "Existing Leads" actions

Left Navigation -> "Clients" -> "Existing Leads" -> action drop down in the last column of the grid

As you can see the "Conflict Check" action is changed to "Initiate KYC"

Click the Initiate KYC action button to see the following popup screen

Enter any notes you may have for the prospect and confirm to send the email. Once done, the prospect will receive an email to complete the KYC.

KYC FORM

The prospect will click the link on the email to complete the KYC. The KYC requirements that the prospect will see is configurable similar to many other modules in CASENGINE.

Once the prospects finish filling up the form and uploading the relevant documents as per the configured requirements, they can digitally sign the form after accepting the terms

On pressing Submit, they see the confirmation. The form is now sent back for review.

KYC Activity Areas

In case the prospect is a company, please make sure the Activity Area of Operations are added in the KYC Service Masters

Go to "Master Settings" -> "Clients" -> "KYC Services"

Using the KYC Service Link you can add/modify any Activity Area to be selected by the prospect while filling the KYC

Next to the KYC Service, you will fine KYC Requirements to configure the KYC form.

KYC Requirements

In order to configure the document requirement from the prospect, you have to add the same by visiting "Master Settings" -> "Clients" -> "KYC Requirements"

You can map different document requirement separately from Company or Individual prospects

KYC Actions

You may perform multiple actions from the main KYC screen

Go  to Left Navigation -> "Clients" -> "Existing KYC" (If you don't see the menu, check the Roles and Permissions explained in "Getting Started")

Find the action drop down towards the end of the KYC grid. You will see different actions before and after the prospect has submitted the KYC

You will be able to perform the following actions before the prospect has submitted the KYC

  1. Edit the incorrect details
  2. Resend the KYC email
  3. Copy the link to be shared
  4. Cancel the KYC
  5. And view the history of activities

After the KYC is submitted by the prospect, you may

  1. View the filled form - and approve, reject or re-open the KYC after reviewing the details
  2. Or view the history of activities
