Country Master Documentation

Countries Countries are used to manage country data throughout the system for case registration, project setup, location master, legal library search, and case type master.

Accessing Countries

1. Navigate to the Settings section in the header.
2. Under the Cases & Projects section, click on Countries

Managing Existing Countries The Countries page displays all countries in a table with:

• Country flag image
• Country name (English)
• Country name (Arabic)
• Status
• Action menu with Edit and "Deactivate All Except This" options

You can:

• Add new countries by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
  
• Search across all columns to find specific countries
• Filter countries to see only active, inactive or all countries.
• Edit a country by clicking the edit option in the action menu
• Change status by editing and updating the active field
• Deactivate All Except This country by clicking the option in the action menu to keep only the selected country active and deactivate all others

Existing Countries

Adding a New Country

1. On the Countries page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
2. In the form, enter:
   • Country Name (English): Enter the country name in English
   • Country Name (Arabic): Enter the country name in Arabic
   • Hijri Zone: Check to enable Hijri dates across the system for all users added under the office at the location under this country
   • File Upload: Upload flag image for the country
     • Supported formats: .gif, .png, .jpg, .jpeg
   • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive" 
3. Click Save to create the new country
