Position Titles for Project Documentation

Position Titles for Project Position Titles for Project are used to manage project position group data throughout the system for project type mappings and project registration. Each position group contains multiple position titles that help organize and classify party positions systematically across the platform. Position groups support different position types including Against, Registered By, and Other categories specifically for project management.

For instance, you can create a group named "Corporate Titles," under which you can have position titles like Director and Founder.

Accessing Position Titles for Project

1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
2. Under the Projects section, click on Position Titles for Project

Managing Existing Position Titles for Project The Position Titles for Project page displays all position groups in a table 

with:

• Project position group name (English and Arabic)
• Position title name (English and Arabic)
• Status
• Edit action button

You can:

• Add new position groups by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
• Search across all columns to find specific position groups
• Edit a position group by clicking the edit button in the action column
• Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Position Title for Project

1. On the Position Titles for Project page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
2. In the form, enter:
   • Project Position Groups (English): Enter the project position group name in English
   • Project Position Groups (Arabic): Enter the project position group name in Arabic
   • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"

Managing Position Titles Position titles are managed within the same form using a grid section. You can add multiple position titles for the same position group. At least one position title must be added to create a position group.

To add position titles:

• Position Titles of Project Parties (English): Enter the position title name in English
• Position Titles of Project Parties (Arabic): Enter the position title name in Arabic
• Position Type: Select the position type from the dropdown - "Against", "Registered By", or "Other"

Click the Add button to add the position title to the grid. Once position titles are added, they cannot be deleted or edited individually, but the position group name can be modified when editing the position group.

3. Click Submit to create the new position title for project
