Project Processes Documentation
Project Processes Project Processes are used to manage project process data throughout the system for project type mappings and project registration. These processes help standardize and organize the various workflow steps and procedures involved in different types of projects systematically across the platform.
For example, the process of registering a Limited Liability Company includes drafting incorporation documents and creating a shareholder agreement.
Accessing Project Processes
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Projects section, click on Project Processes

Managing Existing Project Processes The Project Processes page displays all project processes in a table with:
- Project process name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new project processes by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific project processes
- Edit a project process by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Project Process
- On the Project Processes page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Project Process Name (English): Enter the project process name in English
- Project Process Name (Arabic): Enter the project process name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new project process
