LSR Time Settings Documentation


LSR Time Settings LSR Time Settings are used to manage time-based configurations throughout the system for controlling when Legal Service Requests (LSRs) can be submitted by clients. These settings help define working days and operating hours, ensuring that service requests are only accepted during designated business periods systematically across the platform.


Accessing LSR Time Settings

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the LSR section, click on LSR Time Settings

Managing LSR Time Settings The LSR Time Settings page displays a configuration form with weekday settings from Sunday to Saturday. Each day can be individually configured with the following options:

  • Allow Requests: Checkbox to enable or disable request submission on this specific day
  • Starts At: Time picker to set when request submission becomes available on this day
  • Ends At: Time picker to set when request submission closes on this day
  • 24 Hours Open: Checkbox to allow requests at any time throughout this day, overriding the start and end time restrictions

You can configure different settings for each day of the week based on your business operating schedule. Once all desired configurations are complete, click Submit to save the settings.

Note: These time settings only apply to the creation of new LSRs. Users can track and view existing LSRs at any time regardless of these time restrictions.
