KYC Requirements Master Documentation
KYC Requirements KYC Requirements are used to manage Know Your Customer requirement data throughout the system for client onboarding and compliance verification processes. These requirements help standardize and categorize the various documentation and verification requirements needed for different types of clients and services, ensuring proper KYC compliance and regulatory adherence systematically across the platform.
Accessing KYC Requirements
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Cases & Projects section, click on KYC Requirements

Managing Existing KYC Requirements The KYC Requirements page displays all KYC requirements in a table with:
- KYC requirement name (English and Arabic)
- Mandatory status (Yes/No)
- Related to (Company/Individual)
- Service specific status (Yes/No)
- KYC service associations (if service specific)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new KYC requirements by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific KYC requirements
- Edit a KYC requirement by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New KYC Requirement
- On the KYC Requirements page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- KYC Requirement (English): Enter the KYC requirement name in English
- KYC Requirement (Arabic): Enter the KYC requirement name in Arabic
- Mandatory: Select "Yes" (default) or "No" using radio button options to specify if this requirement is mandatory for compliance
- Related To: Select "Company" (default) or "Individual" using radio button options to specify which type of entity this requirement applies to
- Service Specific: Select "Yes" or "No" (default) using radio button options. When "Yes" is selected, the requirement will be associated with specific KYC services
- KYC Service: Select one or more KYC services from the dropdown using multi selection. This field appears only when "Service Specific" is set to "Yes"
- File: Upload supporting documents or forms related to the KYC requirement (optional)
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new KYC requirement
