KYC Services Master Documentation
KYC Services KYC Services are used to manage Know Your Customer service data throughout the system for client onboarding and compliance verification processes. These services help standardize and categorize the various KYC-related services offered to clients, ensuring proper documentation and regulatory compliance systematically across the platform.
Accessing KYC Services
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Cases & Projects section, click on KYC Services

Managing Existing KYC Services The KYC Services page displays all KYC services in a table with:
- KYC service name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new KYC services by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific KYC services
- Edit a KYC service by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New KYC Service
- On the KYC Services page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- KYC Service (English): Enter the KYC service name in English
- KYC Service (Arabic): Enter the KYC service name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new KYC service
