Email Circular Documentation
Email Circular Email Circular is used to send internal communications and announcements to users throughout the system. This module enables administrators and authorized users to distribute important information, announcements, and documents to selected internal users via email, helping maintain effective internal communication systematically across the platform.
Accessing Email Circular
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Users section, click on Email Circular

Sending Email Circular
Basic Information
- User Name: Select one or more users from the dropdown using multi selection. The dropdown displays all active internal users in the system. Select "ALL" to send the circular to all users
- Subject: Enter the email subject line
Message Content
- Message: Compose the email message using the rich text editor. The editor supports text formatting, links, images, and other content formatting options
Attachment
- File Upload: Attach a single file to share with the email circular (optional)
Language Settings
- Default Language: Select either "English" (default) or "Arabic" using radio button options to set the primary language for the circular
Once all required information is entered, click Submit to send the email circular to all selected users.
