Tax Slab Documentation
Tax Slab Tax Slab is used to manage tax percentage configurations throughout the system for invoice generation, payment processing, and financial calculations. Each tax slab contains the tax name and corresponding percentage value, with the option to set a default tax slab that will be automatically selected during financial transactions. These tax slabs help standardize tax calculations and ensure compliance with tax regulations systematically across the platform.
Accessing Tax Slab
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Accounting section, click on Tax Slab

Managing Existing Tax Slabs The Tax Slab page displays all tax slabs in a table with:
- Tax slab name (English and Arabic)
- Tax percentage value
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new tax slabs by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific tax slabs
- Edit a tax slab by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Tax Slab
- On the Tax Slab page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
Basic Information
- Slab (English): Enter the tax slab name in English
- Slab (Arabic): Enter the tax slab name in Arabic
Tax Configuration
- Value: Enter the tax percentage value (1-100)
- Is Default: Check this checkbox to designate this tax slab as the default selection for financial transactions
Status Configuration
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new tax slab
