Banks
Banks are used to manage bank information throughout the system for adding cheque details during case registration and financial transaction processing. These banks help standardize banking information and ensure accurate financial record keeping systematically across the platform.
Accessing Banks
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Accounting section, click on Banks

Managing Existing Banks
The Banks page displays all banks in a table with:
- Bank name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new banks by clicking the Add New Bank button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific banks
- Edit a bank by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Bank
- On the Banks page, click the Add New Bank button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Bank Name (English): Enter the bank name in English
- Bank Name (Arabic): Enter the bank name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new bank
