Question: How can I limit system usage alerts to specific users?

Answer:
System usage alerts are sent to designated users, and Heads of Department (HODs) will be CC’ed on these alerts. Other users will not receive these notifications directly.

Additional details:

  • HODs are included as CC recipients to keep them informed without overwhelming their inbox.

  • This approach helps streamline communication and ensures that relevant supervisors are aware of system usage alerts.


Question: How to use the client app feature

Answer:  

  1. To use the Client App feature:
    1. Enable the Client App feature – Contact support to activate it.

    2. Verify client contact email – Ensure the email ID exists in the client’s contact record (Existing Clients > Contacts).

    3. Access the Client Portal – The client can log in at:
      https://<tenant>.client.casengine.app

Additional details:

  • Only registered client contacts can log in to the portal.

  • If the email is not registered, the client will not be able to access the app.


Question: How can a non-admin user generate a Timesheet report for all users?

Answer:
To allow a non-admin user to generate Timesheet reports for all users, you need to enable a specific permission in their profile.

  1. Go to SettingsUser Registration.

  2. Search for the user and click Edit.

  3. In the user edit page, check the option Can see all data in case grid and reports.

  4. Save the changes.

Once this permission is enabled, the user will be able to generate Timesheet reports for all users.
