How to Link Your Client Portal to Your Own Domain

You can customize your Casengine Client Portal URL by using your own domain or subdomain.
For example, instead of using
https://compnaywebsite.client.casengine.app,
you can have
https://clientportal.companywebsite.com 

Steps to Set Up Your Custom Domain

Please follow the steps below or share them with your IT or domain manager:

1. Log in to your domain hosting or DNS management panel (e.g., GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap, etc.).

2. Add a new DNS record with the following details:

   Field	Value
   Type	CNAME
   Host / Name	clientportal
   Value / Points to	companywebsite.client.casengine.app
   TTL	Default or 3600 seconds

3. Save the record and wait for DNS propagation. This may take up to 24 hours (usually much faster).

4. Once completed, inform the Casengine Support Team so we can verify and enable the custom domain with SSL (HTTPS).

 Notes

• Always use a subdomain (like clientportal.companywebsite.com), not the root domain (companywebsite.com).

• SSL will be automatically provisioned by Casengine after verification.

• If you manage multiple client portals, each one can have its own custom subdomain.

 Example

If your firm’s domain is companywebsite , your final portal URL could be:
