What's New in V3.25
A major UI + experience overhaul. Ten modules have been rebuilt, the entire email/notification layer modernised, and several reports rewritten.
Revamped Modules
KYC — New grid, multi-step public form for clients, bilingual PDF download, full audit history, copy-link, and one-click initiate from a Lead or Client.
Clients — Redesigned grid and a new create/edit overlay with dedicated tabs for Contacts, Attachments, External Links, Financials, Email and Matters. Bulk upload (up to 500 rows) with duplicate pre-check.
Leads — New grid and overlay, Log Event with follow-up automation, lead history timeline, plus one-click Conflict Check, Create Client, and Initiate KYC. New Nature of Stage on Lead Stages drives converted/lost reporting.
Contracts — New grid with generate, parameters, version history, manage access, mark-as-signed and archive. Full DocuSign lifecycle is wired in.
Client Reporting — New grid, AI-assisted email drafting, WhatsApp send (with templates), default footer per client, history with detail, pending-update badge.
Document Templates — New grid and create overlay.
Reports — Lead Detailed, Lead Progress, LSR PDF, Daily Hearing, and Grouped Case (Excel) all rewritten.
✨ Enhanced Integration
DocuSign Integration — Settings, connection test, envelope initiate/cancel/status, copy-to-client, and reliable webhook sync.
Microsoft 365 / Google — Connection settings, contract & project uploads to SharePoint, and SharePoint-backed version history.
Email & Notifications
- Circular, deactivation, document tracker, accounting (invoice/receipt), matter deactivated, hearing/meeting/application updates — all migrated to the new email template (consistent, bilingual design).
- New reminders: Lease Expiry, Payment Due Expense (with dedicated recipient config).
⚙️ App Settings & Access
- Concurrent session control and AI enable/disable toggles.
- SSO Added
