Project Types Documentation


Project Types Project Types are used to manage project type data throughout the system for project type mappings and project registration. These project types help organize and classify different types of legal projects systematically across the platform. Each project type is associated with a project group and position group to provide comprehensive project classification.


Accessing Project Types

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Projects section, click on Project Types

Managing Existing Project Types The Project Types page displays all project types in a table with:

  • Project type name (English and Arabic)
  • Position group project
  • Status
  • Edit action button

You can:

  • Add new project types by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
  • Search across all columns to find specific project types
  • Edit a project type by clicking the edit button in the action column
  • Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Project Type

  1. On the Project Types page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
  2. In the form, enter:
    • Project Types Name (English): Enter the project type name in English
    • Project Types Name (Arabic): Enter the project type name in Arabic
    • Project Group: Select the project group from the dropdown using single selection
    • Position Group Project: Select the position group from the dropdown using single selection
    • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
  3. Click Submit to create the new project type
