Project Groups Documentation
Project Groups Project Groups are used to manage project group data throughout the system for project type mappings and project registration. These groups help organize and classify different types of projects systematically across the platform, providing structured categorization for various legal and business services such as company setup, intellectual property, contracts, licensing, and other specialized project types.
For example, various types of company registrations can be grouped under "Establishment.
Accessing Project Groups
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Projects section, click on Project Groups

Managing Existing Project Groups The Project Groups page displays all project groups in a table with:
- Project group name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new project groups by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific project groups
- Edit a project group by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Project Group
- On the Project Groups page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Group Name (English): Enter the project group name in English
- Group Name (Arabic): Enter the project group name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new project group
