Keywords Documentation
Keywords Keywords are used to create a link between cases using case categories and the legal library, which serves as a legal archive for all past judgments and new rules. Keywords help establish connections and facilitate searches across the keyword category mapping, case view, and legal library modules systematically throughout the platform.
Accessing Keywords
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Legal Library section, click on Keywords

Managing Existing Keywords The Keywords page displays all keywords in a table with:
- Keyword name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new keywords by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific keywords
- Edit a keyword by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Keyword
- On the Keywords page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Keyword Name (English): Enter the keyword name in English
- Keyword Name (Arabic): Enter the keyword name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new keyword
