Sending the updates to the client

Now you can send the updates to the client while adding the updates in the case view.

To use this, first add the email in the contact's tab for the client for which you want to send the updates to.

First enable the client reporting from the case view.

Once enabled, while adding an update, you will see the "Notify Client" button.

Once enabled, you will see the option to select the emails, also you can click the "Draft a smart response" and it will draft a smart response basis on the data entered. The email will be sent to client once the event/update is added.
