Email Updates Documentation
Introduction
Email Updates is used to manage automated email notification settings throughout the system for tracking user actions and system activities. This module allows administrators to enable or disable email notifications for various operations including client management, matter handling, case processing, and document management. When enabled, these notifications ensure stakeholders receive timely updates about important activities and changes within the system, helping maintain effective communication and workflow tracking systematically across the platform.
Accessing Email Updates
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side
- Under the Common Master section, click on Email Updates

Managing Email Updates Configuration
The Email Updates page displays a comprehensive table listing all available notification types with individual enable/disable controls. Each notification can be independently configured to suit organizational communication requirements.
Bulk Selection Controls
The page includes convenient bulk management options:
- Select All Checkbox: Located in the header to enable or disable all email notifications simultaneously
- Enabled Column Header: Provides centralized control for bulk selection operations
Available Email Notification Types
Client Management Notifications
- Client Creation: Email notifications when new clients are added to the system
- Client Modification: Alerts when client information is updated or modified
- Client Deletion: Notifications when client records are deleted from the system
Matter Management Notifications
- Matter Creation: Email notifications when new matters are created
- Matter Modification: Alerts when matter details are updated
- Matter Deletion: Notifications when matters are deleted from the system
Case Management Notifications
- Case Creation: Email notifications for new case registrations
- Case Creation Draft: Alerts when draft cases are created in the system
- Case Draft Case to Main Case Conversion: Notifications when draft cases are converted to active cases
- Case Document Addition: Alerts when documents are added to case files
- Case Party Update Email: Notifications when case party information is modified
- Case Deletion: Alerts when cases are deleted from the system
Case Hearing Management Notifications
- Case Hearing - New Hearing: Email notifications when new hearings are scheduled
- Case Hearing - Update Hearing: Alerts when hearing details are modified
- Case Hearing - Enter Hearing Minutes: Notifications when hearing minutes are recorded
Case Meeting Management Notifications
- Case Meeting - New Meeting: Email notifications when new meetings are scheduled
- Case Meeting - Update Meeting: Alerts when meeting details are updated
- Case Meeting - Enter Meeting Minutes: Notifications when meeting minutes are documented
Case Task Management Notifications
- Case Task - Edit & Save Task: Email notifications when tasks are modified and saved
- Case Task - New Task: Alerts when new tasks are created
- Case Task - Update Task: Notifications when existing tasks are updated
Case Update Notifications
- Case Update - Application: Email notifications for case application updates
- Case Update - Application Decision Added from Case View: Alerts when application decisions are added through case view, application edit
- Case Update - Application Decision from Task Management: Notifications when application decisions are updated through task management
- Case Update - Decision: Alerts when case decisions are recorded
- Case Update - Reports: Notifications when case reports are generated or updated
Case Judgment Notifications
- Case Judgement: Email notifications when case judgments is passed in hearing minutes

Form Submission
After configuring the desired email notification settings:
- Review all selected notification types
- Ensure bulk selections are applied correctly if used
- Click the Submit button to save all email update preferences
The system will immediately apply the new settings and begin sending or stopping email notifications based on the configured preferences.
