Position Title Sequence Documentation

Position Title Sequence Position Title Sequence is used to manage sequence data throughout the system for case registration and project setup to determine the order of parties when there are multiple parties in client or opponent categories. The sequences help organize and prioritize party positions systematically across the platform.

Accessing Position Title Sequence

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Cases & Projects section, click on Position Title Sequence

Managing Existing Position Title Sequences The grid section below the form displays all existing sequences in a table with:

  • Sequence text (English)
  • Sequence text (Arabic)
  • Sequence number
  • Status
  • Edit action button

You can:

  • Add new sequences by filling the form at the top of the page and clicking Submit
  • Edit a sequence by clicking the edit button in the action column

Adding a New Position Title Sequence The Position Title Sequence page contains a form at the top for adding new sequences and a grid below displaying existing sequences.

To add a new sequence:

  1. In the form section at the top of the page, enter:
    • Sequence Number: Enter the sequence number in numeric format. This number is used to sort the sequence numbers in ascending order wherever they are shown in the system
    • Sequence Text (English): Enter the sequence text in English
    • Sequence Text (Arabic ): Enter the sequence text in Arabic
    • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
  2. Click Submit to create the new position title sequence
