Lead Event Outcome Documentation
Lead Event Outcome Lead Event Outcome is used to manage lead event outcome data throughout the system for tracking the results of lead follow-up activities and communication attempts in the lead management module. These outcomes help standardize and categorize the various responses and results from lead interactions, providing valuable insights for lead conversion tracking and sales pipeline management systematically across the platform.
Accessing Lead Event Outcome
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
- Under the Lead Management section, click on Lead Event Outcome

Managing Existing Lead Event Outcomes The Lead Event Outcome page displays all lead event outcomes in a table with:
- Lead event outcome name (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new lead event outcomes by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific lead event outcomes
- Edit a lead event outcome by clicking the edit button in the action column
- Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Lead Event Outcome
- On the Lead Event Outcome page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, enter:
- Lead Event Outcome (English): Enter the lead event outcome name in English
- Lead Event Outcome (Arabic): Enter the lead event outcome name in Arabic
- Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
- Click Submit to create the new lead event outcome
