Lead Event Master Documentation


Lead Events Lead Events are used to manage lead event data throughout the system for tracking and categorizing various types of interactions and communications with potential clients in the lead management module. Each lead event can be associated with multiple lead event outcomes, providing comprehensive tracking of lead engagement activities and their results systematically across the platform.


Accessing Lead Events

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Lead Management section, click on Lead Event

Managing Existing Lead Events The Lead Events page displays all lead events in a table with:

  • Lead event name (English and Arabic)
  • Lead event outcomes (comma separated)
  • Status
  • Edit action button

You can:

  • Add new lead events by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
  • Search across all columns to find specific lead events
  • Edit a lead event by clicking the edit button in the action column
  • Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Lead Event

  1. On the Lead Events page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
  2. In the form, enter:
    • Lead Event (English): Enter the lead event name in English
    • Lead Event (Arabic): Enter the lead event name in Arabic
    • Lead Event Outcome: Select one or more lead event outcomes from the dropdown using multi selection
    • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
  3. Click Submit to create the new lead event
