Lead Stage Documentation


Lead Stages Lead Stages are used to manage lead stage data throughout the system for tracking the progression of potential clients through various phases of the lead management process. Each lead stage can be assigned to specific responsible users who will handle leads at that particular stage. These stages help standardize and organize the lead conversion workflow, providing clear visibility into lead status and ensuring proper follow-up activities systematically across the platform.


Accessing Lead Stages

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Lead Management section, click on Lead Stages

Managing Existing Lead Stages The Lead Stages page displays all lead stages in a table with:

  • Lead stage name (English and Arabic)
  • Responsible users (comma separated)
  • Status
  • Edit action button

You can:

  • Add new lead stages by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
  • Search across all columns to find specific lead stages
  • Edit a lead stage by clicking the edit button in the action column
  • Change status by editing and updating the active toggle

Adding a New Lead Stage

  1. On the Lead Stages page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
  2. In the form, enter:
    • Lead Stage (English): Enter the lead stage name in English
    • Lead Stage (Arabic): Enter the lead stage name in Arabic
    • Responsible: Select one or more users from the dropdown using multi selection to assign responsibility for leads at this stage, All active users of internal roles will be shown in the drop down
    • Active: Toggle button set to "Active" (default) or "Inactive"
  3. Click Submit to create the new lead stage
