Employees Documentation


Employees Employees module is used to manage employee information throughout the system for human resources management and organizational structure. This module maintains comprehensive employee profiles including personal information, work details, and document management capabilities. The system supports bilingual data entry and provides complete employee lifecycle management from hiring to departure systematically across the platform.


Accessing Employees

  1. Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side.
  2. Under the Users section, click on Employees

Managing Existing Employees The Employees page displays all employees in a table with:

  • Employment ID with status indicator
  • Employee name
  • Joining date
  • Supervisor
  • Contact number
  • Office
  • Personal email
  • Department
  • Action dropdown with Edit, Activate/Deactivate, and View File options


You can:

  • Add new employees by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
  • Search across all columns to find specific employees
  • Edit an employee by clicking the Edit option in the action dropdown
  • Activate/Deactivate employee status through the action dropdown
  • View files to access employee documents and attachments

Adding a New Employee


Personal Information

  • Title (Mr. / Ms. / Dr. / Mrs.): Enter the employee title
  • First Name (English): Enter the first name in English
  • Middle Name: Enter the middle name
  • Last Name: Enter the last name
  • Office: Select the office location from the dropdown using single selection
  • Gender: Select gender from the dropdown - "Male", "Female", or "Not Specified"
  • Personal Email: Enter the personal email address
  • Contact Number: Enter the contact number
  • Date of Birth: Select the date of birth using the date picker
  • Passport Number: Enter the passport number
  • Address: Enter the employee address in the text area


Work Information

  • Joining Date: Select the joining date using the date picker
  • Employment Id: Enter a unique employment identification number
  • Employment Type: Select the employment type from the dropdown using single selection
  • Department: Select the department from the dropdown using single selection
  • Job Title: Select the job title from the dropdown using single selection
  • Supervisor: Select the supervisor from the dropdown using single selection - This shows all active user from the Employee master
  • Mapped To: Select the user mapping from the dropdown using single selection - This shows all active internal users, one can select only those user which are not mapped to any other employee
  • Leaving Date: Select the leaving date using the date picker (optional)


Document Management The system provides document management capabilities:

  • File Upload: Upload multiple files using the file upload control
  • File Name: Enter descriptive names for uploaded files
  • Download: Access uploaded documents through download links
  • Actions: Edit or delete uploaded documents as needed
