Email Footer Master Documentation
Introduction
Email Footer Master is used to manage email footer templates throughout the system for client communication and email updates. These footers provide standardized closing content for emails sent to clients, ensuring consistent professional communication and branding across all client correspondence systematically throughout the platform.
Accessing Email Footer Master
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side
- Under the Common Master section, click on Email Footer

Managing Existing Email Footers
The Email Footer Master page displays all email footers in a table with:
- Footer description (English and Arabic)
- Status
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new email footers by clicking the Add Footer button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific email footers
- Edit an email footer by clicking the edit button in the action column

Adding a New Email Footer
- On the Email Footer Master page, click the Add Footer button in the top right corner
- In the popup form, enter:
- Footer Description (English): Enter the footer description in English
- Footer Description (Arabic): Enter the footer description in Arabic
- Status: Select "Active" (default) or "Inactive" from the dropdown
- Click Save to create the new email footer
