Timesheet Changeover
Timesheet Changeover is used to manage billing and non-billing hour restrictions in the law firm and configure holiday periods for accurate timesheet calculations. This module helps determine when missing timesheet hours should be calculated and allows for temporary hour reductions during special periods like Ramadan. The system supports two types of entries: Holiday periods where missing hours are not calculated, and Reduced Hours periods where billable/non-billable hours are temporarily decreased for specific durations, helping standardize timesheet management and compliance systematically across the platform.
Accessing Timesheet Changeover
- Navigate to the Settings section by clicking the settings icon in the header bar on the left side
- Under the Accounting section, click on Timesheet Changeover

Managing Existing Timesheet Changeover
The Timesheet Changeover page displays all timesheet changeover configurations in a table with:
- Office name
- Start date
- End date
- Billable reduced by hours
- Non-billable reduced by hours
- Setting type (Holiday/Ramadan)
- Edit action button
You can:
- Add new timesheet changeover by clicking the Add New button in the top right corner
- Search across all columns to find specific configurations
- Edit a timesheet changeover by clicking the edit button in the action menu
- Delete a timesheet changeover by clicking the delete button in the action menu, delete will appear only if the start date has not passed yet

Adding a New Timesheet Changeover
- On the Timesheet Changeover page, click the Add New button in the top right corner
- In the form, configure the following sections:
Setting Type Configuration
- Setting Type: Select the changeover type using radio button options:
- Ramadan: For reduced working hours during Ramadan period
- Holiday: For complete holiday periods where no missing hours are calculated
Basic Information
- Office: Select the office from the dropdown using single selection
- Start Date: Select the start date for the changeover period using the date picker
- End Date: Select the end date for the changeover period using the date picker
Normal Working Hours Display
This read-only section shows the current office working hours configuration:
- Total: Displays total working hours set for the selected office
- Billable: Shows billable hours configured for the office
- Non-Billable: Shows non-billable hours configured for the office
Hour Reduction Configuration (for Ramadan type)
This section appears when Ramadan is selected as the setting type:
- Reduce Billable By: Enter the time to reduce from billable hours using time picker
- Reduce Non Billable By: Enter the time to reduce from non-billable hours using time picker
- Click Submit to create the new timesheet changeover
